On Saturday, February 4th of 2012, the Brazilian Top Team Boston will host the In-House GI Tournament.

This will be a double elimination tournament, minimum two fights guaranteed. The tournament will be held at BTT Boston in Everett, Massachusetts.

The registration are open now through February 4th at 11:30a.m. and it can be done at the BTT Boston front desk or with your BTT Head Instructor.

Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The event will start at 12:00pm.

We are going to have standard tournament rules with the official IBJJF Rules.

Everyone should show up and take the belt exam (stripes and belts).

On january 14, 2012, The UFC will make its return to Rio de Janeiro for UFC 142.

The good news is BTT's ace Rousimar "Toquinho" Palhares will fight again in brazilian soil. Toquinho is scheduled to face Mike Massenzio at the main event card.

Massenzio is 1-1 during his UFC run while Palhares has won five of his last six.

It will be a great bout, stayed tuned for an exclusive interview with Palhares.
